CHILL PLATE,  WATER FLOW DIAGRAM

* Caution:  Maximum chilled-water-system pressure  10 psi,  .7 bar, .7kg/cm2
** Proper maintenance of chilled water supply is essential to the life and efficiency of  aluminum plates.

~ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ~
Connecting Inlet and Outlet Hoses:

Looking at the chill plate with the E-Frame facing you, the outlet holes are on the left. Note: there are two holes on each side of the centerline. Either of the two holes on the left side of center can be used as the outlet drain.  The two holes to the right of center are inlet holes and either can be used for the inlet.

* Suggested chilled-water-system operating pressure, 4-8 psi, .28-.56 bars, kg/cm2

** Excessive concentrations of minerals in the cooling water can precipitate as solids inside the water channels, causing premature clogging.  The higher the alkalinity (pH) of water, the more detrimental to aluminum it becomes.  High concentrations of alkaline materials in the cooling water can result in corrosion and premature failure of plates.
